The B.E. Story began not in a lab or a boardroom, but in a small kitchen where curiosity met conviction.
Our founder, Sumithra, once an interior designer, began questioning the materials, waste, and chemicals that filled everyday life. In search of a lifestyle that aligned with nature—not worked against it—she began letting go of the everyday habits so many take for granted: plastic bags, bottled water, tissues, takeout containers. As she composted food waste and watched peels transform into something alive and powerful, she discovered bioenzymes—natural catalysts that clean, purify, and restore balance to our environments.
As a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) department, Manju Sahni champions inclusion, personal well-being, and impact through education. Her commitment to creating healthier environments—both at home and in classrooms—reflects the values that shape The B.E. Story.
Ramesh Venkat brings over two decades of leadership in technology and innovation, having served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at FlyDubai. With extensive experience in scaling systems, driving digital transformation, and aligning business and tech strategy, he now lends his expertise to purpose-driven startups. As a Strategic Advisor to The B.E. Story, Ramesh plays a key role in guiding growth strategy, operational scalability, and investor readiness—helping shape a brand that is both impactful and future-ready.
